Ultimate Marketing Tech Stack for 2023

First off, a belated Happy Veteran’s Day to everyone out there that serves / did serve, including Fidelitas’ very own Beth Pope! Thank you for your service!

With marketing leaders being asked to do more and more, improving efficiency isn’t optional. Having the right marketing tech stack is an absolute must. If you’re feeling the crunch and don’t have the resources to bring on a marketing agency like Fidelitas to help, these tools will help you close the gap on your competition. Here are some of our team’s favorite marketing tools right now:

Apollo.io – Get in touch with just about anyone. I’ve found cell phone numbers for CEOs of public companies and all sorts of other great info on here. Primarily a sales tool, it can also be helpful for getting in touch with peers at different brands to coordinate on collaborations. Plus, it’s a fraction of the cost of Zoominfo.

Canva – This is a must for marketers needing to crank out creative without the help of a creative team. The simple platform is great for ad and social post creation and enables our team to test variations of simple concepts faster.

Evernote– The OG is still a better note-taking option than Notion. Plus, they’ve been on the podcast!

Loom – Loom’s been a game changer for our team in the era of remote-first work. Sharing screen recordings is a nice touch for audits and has improved our internal and external communication.

Muck Rack -Our PR team’s media list-building tool of choice. Another tool that has an almost identical feature set to its larger, higher-priced competitor (Cision) at a fraction of the price.

SparkToro – One of my personal favorites for audience, content, and PR research. We get a ton of great data out of Moz Founder Rand Fishkin’s latest tool.

Triple Whale – In case you haven’t been paying attention over the past year, in-platform attribution isn’t what it used to be. Triple Whale solves for that and is our preferred analytics tool for our paid media clients.

Tweet Hunter – If you’re looking to level up your Twitter game, this is a good place to start.
