We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team at Fidelitas! You’ll report directly to the CEO and contribute by performing a myriad of clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Assist the CEO with personal errands
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform other tasks as-needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Compensation: this position will range from $30,000-$36,000 depending on experience.
