Fidelitas Development is looking for an elite Senior Paid Media Manager to join our San Diego team in a full-time role. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with demonstrated paid media excellence to apply and grow their skills on enterprise paid media campaigns while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and interesting clients.
As a Senior Paid Media Manager at Fidelitas, you’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing paid media strategies, monitoring performance, providing in-depth progress reports, and serving as a Strategic Partner to our clients.
Senior Paid Media Manager’s Experience includes:
2-5 years of paid media work experience with an emphasis in paid social channels
Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $20k+
Communication Skills – Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings, gains positive attention, ability to translate digital marketing jargon to “plain English”
Results-Oriented – Enjoys working hard and is motivated by driving results for clients and Fidelitas rather than simply putting in their time
Creativity – Comes up with new and unique ideas, original, and always adds value to brainstorming
Proven success with both lead generation and eCommerce accounts (Bonus Points for Clicks to Bricks Experience)
Excel / Google sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
Data studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization
Google Ads Certifications & additional certifications are a plus
Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Strong Attention to Detail
Desires and Thrives with Leadership Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Lead paid social and digital advertising strategy and execution
Support client communications through email, phone, and video
Provide expertise within the team as-needed
Support sales with client account audits and proposal presentations
